How long is my warranty?

As long as our jewelry maintenance requirements are met, we offer a lifetime warranty as a result of our commitment to high standards of all our jewelry pieces. We manufacture all of our jewelry by hand, so they are of the highest quality.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime guarantee does not cover any damage due to improper handling or care.
Our lifetime guarantee does cover manufacturing defects and damages caused by manufacturing defects.

Upon return of your damaged jewelry, our team of professionals will assess the specific damage to determine whether your ring broke due to manufacturing defects or improper handling and care.

A lost or loose stone will be handled by our gemstone expert to determine the cause. A stone is usually set with small prongs which can bend, show signs of wear, and can lead to a stone falling out.

To prevent something like this from happening in the first place, we require all rings to be sent in for routine, yearly ring maintenance. At that time, we will clean and polish your jewelry as well as inspect all of the prongs for signs of wear and damage. See “Ring maintenance requirements” above for more information.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free worldwide shipping.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All of our jewelry is handmade and made to order, which means that production time typically takes 2 weeks.

Shine Moment is not liable for theft or damage during shipping or upon delivery. Shine Moment is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or addresses where delivery results in a package remaining in an insecure environment. Shine Moment will not refund or replace lost or stolen jewelry.

How do I check the status of my shipment?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@shinemoment.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A secure delivery of your product is our highest priority.

International Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs tax. Duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return(except customized pieces).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We don’t accept returns on custom or personalized (engraved) jewelry and gift cards, however, if you’d like to make changes to your custom jewelry, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
